PAYMENT & PRICES
Prices
The prices stated on the website include VAT but exclude any packaging and/or shipping costs. If an incorrect VAT percentage is applied, LuxExtend can always rectify this, and the customer accepts the consequences.
Payment Possibilities
All prices mentioned on the website are in euros. You can pay on Luxextend.com in various ways. You can choose from iDeal, Klarna and Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express and others).
Payment conditions
The goods must be paid before LuxExtend proceeds to dispatch the goods. In the event of absence of payment, incomplete or late payment, LuxExtend reserves the right not to send the ordered goods, pending full settlement of the outstanding balance. The goods remain the property of LuxExtend until full payment of their price.
Acceptence of Orders
An order is not considered accepted until we have dispatched it. Up until dispatch we can change, Cancel & Delay dispatch as required for any reason. No Contract exists between Us (LuxExtend) & you the customer until marked as dispatched. By clicking the 'Complete order' button you agree to these terms and conditions. By completing and submitting the electronic order form (or proceeding through the 'checkout process') you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. Neither submitting an electronic order form nor completing the checkout process constitutes our acceptance of your order

COPYRIGHT
All images and videos, despite the watermark, are the copyright of LuxExtend or the originating Photographer - make sure you don't use images illegally. The penalty for using them without prior written permission is €1000 per image or clip or part clip used. Sharing of pictures and videos via social media is allowed but we do not allow our content to be used by others to make money off us without prior arrangement.

Payment will be collected by invoice & if failure to pay then Debt collectors will be used. In short don't use our images without consent. If you do use them without consent you agree to our charges and also any and all charges that are associated with your infringement.
